Strawberry Ice Cream
Serves: 2 - 4
Time: 15 minutes + 2+ hours setting time
300g (2 ½ cups) strawberries
60ml (¼ cup) coconut milk
60ml (¼ cup) maple syrup or agave
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch cinnamon
To prepare the ice cream - Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend for 30 - 60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
Add the mixture to an ice cream container.
Transfer to the freezer for 2+ hours, until set.
To serve - Scoop and serve. Decorate with your favorite toppings.
To store - Keep in the freezer up to 1 month.
